Stephen Spinelli brings more than three decades of experience in financial management, operations and organizational strategy to NASCO’s Board of Directors. As Chief Financial Officer of the Central Park Conservancy, he guides financial policy and oversees financial administration, capital projects, people and culture, information technology, governance and compliance. Since joining the Conservancy in 1993, he has held leadership positions including Vice President for Finance, Director of Capital Projects and Deputy Chief of Operations. His experience offers NASCO valuable perspective on financial stewardship, capital planning and long-term organizational sustainability.
